This feature keeps signer contact details private while still maintaining document flow and admin visibility, useful when people don’t need to know who else is signing.

What Signer Privacy Does

• Hides the email addresses and phone numbers of signers from other recipients.

• Other signers only see their own identity details.

• Admins (i.e., the person sending and managing the workflow) still see complete signer contact info.

How to enable Signer Privacy

On the Web App

1. Log into Signeasy at https://app.signeasy.com.

2. Go to your Account Settings / Preferences.

3. Look for a setting named something like “Signer Privacy” or “Enable signer privacy” in the preferences or document settings area.

4. Toggle it ON before sending your signature request.

• If you don’t see this option, your plan may not yet support this feature

• This privacy feature is part of a recent Signeasy update; it may not be available on older versions of the app or on legacy plans yet.

• The setting affects who sees signer contact details in the signature request workflow and not the legal binding status of the signature itself.
