(EN) How to verify that a team is Org-Wide in Microsoft Teams

If your frequent communication channel is Microsoft Teams, so that Lara can contact employees, it must be installed within your company's workspace. To learn more about this integration check out our Microsoft Teams Integration Guide.

If Lara must contact all the employees in your company's Teams workspace, the ideal is that you install the app on an Org-wide team, that is, it includes all the company's employees. It will be kept updated and will include new employees, as well as eliminate those who are no longer part of the company.

To verify that a team is org-wide, you must follow the following steps:

Step 1: Select the team you want to check and click on the three dots. 

Step 2: Click on Edit Team

Step 3: Check the Privacy of the team, to validate that is an Org-wide team it must be the option Entire organization. Otherwise, employees will not be added automatically to that team and the Teams Workspace admins have to add them manually.
