We often get the question, "Does Orum integrate with SSO/SAML providers such as Okta?"

Orum uses an Oauth 2.0 token to connect to your integrated CRM or SEP. Reps will log into Orum via their CRM or SEP, following your existing SSO processes.

There are no independent login credentials with Orum outside of your CRM or SEP. You can only login using your CRM or SEP login. (i.e. Login with Salesforce)
