Subject: Users may sometimes encounter LinkedIn or their CRM opening in the same window as Orum, instead of a separate window. 

Troubleshooting Steps:

Most of the time this issue occurs when a user navigates to orum.com from a tab that used to be a LinkedIn/CRM popup.

Close your current Orum tab and create a fresh tab. From there, log back into Orum and restart your dialing motion.
