Subject: For Salesloft, Outreach and Hubspot users, this setting tells Orum to complete your one off due call tasks after dialing them once, ONLY on a connected disposition/call outcome. Anything that hits a voicemail or goes unanswered will remain in your due call list incomplete until you connect with them and log it as so. This will take out the manual process of you having to recreate the task after each call attempt. 

How do I turn this setting on and off?

To find this setting, click on your user profile in the top right. The icon will either be your initials, or the profile picture you have selected:

Click the integrations tab in the settings menu that opens, you may need to scroll down in the menu to see the One-off Task Completion Setting. 

Check the box and be sure to click "Save".
