You can log out by clicking your profile icon in the top righthand corner.
After you log out, make sure to close your tab and open a fresh one.
Then log back into Orum. This simple step fixes many unexpected behaviors.
In some cases, browsing data like cookies and cache can get in the way of a smooth user experience.
Log out of Orum and close your Orum tab.
Next, click the triple dots in the top right of your Chrome browser and open a New Incognito Window.
Within that new window, log back into Orum and attempt to replicate your issue. If your issue does not occur, then browsing data could be causing your issue. Proceed to step 3 to clear your browsing data.
If you feel doing so will create larger issues in your workflow, please connect with your IT team to discuss.
Click the three dots in the top righthand corner of your Chrome browser.
Select Delete Browsing data.
A new window will open. We recommend selecting "All Time" and the "Cookies" and "Cache" options.
Once it is complete. Reload your Orum tab. You may be prompted to log into Orum again.
Orum is optimized for Chrome. If you are using an outdated Chrome version, you may need to update it.
Click the three dots in the top right hand corner of Chrome.
You will see if an update is available and what actions are required. Click the update button or complete the action to install the Chrome update.
After you do, you should be prompted to log back into Orum.
