Overview

You can include questionnaires in your profiles to better explain your business. You can import those questionnaires into the Profile Center either from a previous project or from a standard template.

Responsive supports the following standard templates:

Importing standard templates

1. Hover over the left panel to display the menu, and then click Questionnaire.
   
2. Click Add New.
   
3. Select the template you want to upload.
   Note: More templates will be added over time.
   
4. Specify tags or collections to help Responsive AI select the appropriate responses from your Content Library, then click Generate.
   
   The template will be uploaded and Responsive AI will begin answering the questions using the information from your Content Library.
   
5. After the process has finished, click the template to preview it. Click Edit to add or change any answers. Click Previous or Next to move through the template, or click the sections on the left panel.
   
6. Click a field to make your changes. Fields are Full Rich text. Click the File icon to attach a file to that field. Your changes are automatically saved as you make them. Click Close when you are finished.
   
7. Click Questionnaire to return to the Questionnaire list.
   
8. Click the three-dot Menu for the questionnaire and select Make Active. You can then attach the questionnaire to a profile.
