Overview

Profile Questionnaire is a hub designed to streamline the import of completed response projects into Profile Center. You can take advantage of the feature to reuse imported projects as questionnaires for multiple profiles, eliminating redundancy and enhancing overall profile management.

Importing a Response Project as a Profile Questionnaire

To import a completed response project into Profile Center as a questionnaire, follow the steps below.

1. Go to Profile Center > Profile Questionnaire.
2. Do one of the following:
   • If this is the first time you are on the Profile Questionnaire tab, click Create your first Questionnaire to add a questionnaire.
     
   • If a questionnaire has been created already, click Add New.
     
3. Enter the details and then click Continue.
4. Enter Questionnaire Name: Give the questionnaire a name. This name is displayed when adding a questionnaire to profile sections.
   Note: Each questionnaire name must be unique.
   
5. Internal Name: Optionally you can add an internal name for the questionnaire that can be referenced by team members.
6. Type: Select the questionnaire type. You can create one by typing in and selecting it.
   
7. Add Team Members: Optionally, you can add team members to help manage the questionnaire.
   
8. Select a project you want to import as a questionnaire from the list of completed projects from Projects.
9. You can narrow down the list using Project Name or the available advanced filters.
   
10. Select the questionnaire and click Add to Questionnaire.
    
11. When the questionnaire is created and a preview is displayed:

1. - Edit questionnaire details.
   
2. or Collapse/Expand the section index.
3. Navigate through the sections.
4. Close the preview.

Note: Completed projects are imported to Profile Questionnaires as Drafts in the Active tab. You will need to mark the questionnaire as completed to be able to add it to profiles.

To mark a questionnaire as complete, click the three-dot menu and select Mark as Complete.
