Overview
You can create a fee/pricing tables as sections within the Content Library. Fee tables lets you effortlessly create and manage comprehensive pricing structures that can be used in your proposals.
- By offering flexible table formats, including Fixed (Basic), Rate/Quantity, and Custom options, you can tailor fee tables to match any project requirement.
- These tables can be easily saved as sections in your Content Library for reuse, and integrated seamlessly into proposals through Proposal Builder.

Creating fee tables
- To create a fee table, click the Fee table
icon in the toolbar.

- Do the following on the Add a fee table pop-up:
- General tab: Customize your table's appearance and behavior.

- Name: Give your table a clear and descriptive name.
- Type: Choose the table structure that best suits your needs:
- Fixed: Table with Description and Amount columns (sample table shown below).

- Rate/Quantity: Table Description, Rate, and Quantity columns (sample table shown below).
Note: The price is automatically calculated by multiplying the rate and quantity.

- Custom: Build a flexible table using catalogs. You can have maximum of four columns, and one must be a rate column (sample table shown below).

- Currency: Select the currency for your table.
- Decimals: Choose the number of decimal places for prices and rates.
- Subtotal: Include a subtotal for item totals.
- Color: Customize the table header with a background color.
- Catalogs tab: Leverage catalogs with a custom table option to create variable fee/pricing tables that proposal builders can configure during proposal or proposal template creation.

- Choose which catalog to display in each column from the dropdown. You start with two columns by default and you can add up to two more.
- Click Add Column to increase the number of columns.
- Click
to remove the the column (default columns cannot be removed). - Check the Rate checkbox on the column you want to use for the price calculation.
- Tax tab: Define your tax details.

- Tax Label: Clearly identify the tax with a descriptive label (such as Sales Tax or VAT).
- Tax: Enter the tax percentage without the % symbol.
- Discounts tab: Define your discount details.

- Discount Label: Add a clear label for the discount field (such as Discount Amount or Discount Percentage).
- Discount Type: Choose between Fixed amount or Percentage.
- Discount Value: Enter the discount amount or percentage. No need to include the percent symbol for percentage-based discounts.
- Click OK to create the table.

Editing fee tables
Once the table is created you can freely edit its contents ,including the table name and header label.
Table options
Click the table title row to view the Table Options.

- Edit the table details.

Note: Catalogs once configured cannot be updated/modified.
- Displays the various table properties that you can customize.
- Removes the table.
- Displays the various cell properties that you can customize.
Table Properties
You can further customize the table's layout properties such as width, height, cell spacing and padding, border width, caption preference and cell alignment in the General section.

Table styles such as border style, border color and background color can be adjusted from the Advanced section of the table properties popup.

Cell options
Click into a cell to view the Cell Options.

- Edit the table details.

Note: Catalogs once configured cannot be updated/modified.
- Displays the various table properties that you can customize.
- Removes the table.
- Displays the various cell properties that you can customize.
- Inserts a row above the current row.
- Inserts a row below the current row.
- Removes the current row.
- Inserts a column to the left of the current column.
- Inserts a column to the right of the current column.
- Removes the current column.
Cell properties
Cell customization options such as width, height, cell type, scope, and alignments are available in the General section.

Cell styling options such as border width, style, color and background color are available in the Advanced section.
