Enabling and disabling alert notifications

Overview

Alert notifications can be enabled or disabled for the following features as needed:

  • Answer Library backup
  • Moderation and Review
  • Overdue task alert frequency
  • Weekly Summary report

Enabling and disabling alert notifications

  1. Go to Organization Settings > Communications > Notifications.
  2. Do the following as necessary:
    • To enable/disable Answer Library backup notifications:
      1. Click Projects and CCL.
      2. Turn the Answer Library backup notifications toggle on or off as necessary, then click Save.
    • To enable/disable moderation and review notifications:
      1. Click Answer Library moderation and review notification frequency.
      2. Turn the toggle on or off as necessary, then click Save.
    • To enable/disable overdue alert frequencies:
      1. Click Overdue project task notification.
      2. Turn the toggle on or off as necessary, then click Save.
    • To enable/disable Weekly Summary report notifications:
      1. Click Weekly Summary report.
      2. Turn the toggle on or off as necessary, then click Save.
