Overview

You can review activities, such as edits and usage, for individual items in the Content Library.

When you need to know how a particular content was changed, when an on-demand review was initiated, or determine when a content was used.

Viewing activities

1. Click the three-dot Menu next to the Content Library item and select Activities.
   
2. When the Activity list displays, you can:
   
   • Sort and filter activities:
     • Click the Sort icon next to the Modified Date column to change how the activities are sorted (from newest to oldest, or oldest to newest).
     • Click the Filter icon to filter the columns by date, modifier, type of activity, or fields modified.
   • Click an item to view detailed information about changes made to it.
     Note: Additions appear highlighted in green and deletions appear highlighted in red.
