Overview

Attaching files or documents to a specific question helps provide more context around your response.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

• Attaching Documents to a Responses in Projects

  1. Click the Attach Files icon at the bottom of the question.
     
     
     
  2. Select files from either the Content Library, your local drive, or cloud storage.
     
     
     
  3. Click Embed to embed your file in the response, or click Attach to attach it.
     Note: If you embed the file, it will be embedded as an object when you export to Word.
     
     
     
  4. Once you complete the section, your questions and answers are loaded in the Content Library.
     
  5. Click the Menu icon of the attached file to embed the file, preview it, download it, or delete it.

  Attaching Documents to Responses in a Project

  Click the Attach Files icon at the bottom of the question. 

  

  
  You can attach files from Content Library, your local drive, or cloud storage.
