Overview

You can easily filter projects by all assigned/unassigned questions to a specific user.

To see the total number of questions assigned to a team member, or to see what questions are unassigned within a project.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

• Viewing Which Questions are Assigned to an Author in Projects

  1. From the Answering Page of the desired project, click Advanced Filter.
     
  2. Click Add Filter and add Authors.
  3. Scroll down to the Authors filter, then select Assigned. The section expands.
  4. Enter the author(s) name you want to filter the assigned questions for, then click Apply to view the sections that the selected user is an author of.
     
     Note: To view all unassigned questions in a project, select Unassigned from Authors and click Apply. Sections with unassigned questions display as shown below:
