Overview

When answering questions, the Recommendation Engine automatically finds likely answers based on your historical answers. If you see an appropriate recommendation, you can apply that answer to the selected question.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

• Applying responses from the Recommendation Engine

  1. Select a question. The Recommendation Engine will automatically display suggested responses in the right-hand pane and the keywords that triggered the selection of that potential answer are highlighted.
     
  2. Scroll through each recommendation until the appropriate answer is found. You can also use Advanced Search or apply filters to filter through the results.
     
  3. To select a response, hover over it and do one of the following:
     Note: To capture the used count, Apply Answer, Override Answer, or Copy buttons from the Recommendation Engine must be used when applying answers.
     • Click the Apply Answer button.
       
     • Click the Copy icon to copy and paste the recommended answer into the Answer field.
       
     • Click the Down arrow and select Override to use the recommended answer instead of the one already in the answer.
       
  4. The applied answer will appear in the Response field for the question; edit it as needed.
