When the user already has an account with responsive and receives an invitation to participate in an RFP, they can login and accept invitation to start responding to the RFP.

1. Click on “View RFP” link in the email invitation. 
   
2. The system identifies if the user has already signed up for Responsive and asks them to login. Login using your credentials.
   
3. Once the user logs in, they can view the invitation and can accept or decline the same. Click Continue to Preview.
   
4. Click Accept Invite.
   

Once the user accepts the invite you can directly land on the answering page.

From there users can start responding to the questions in the questionnaire

• How to assign authors?
• How to assign reviewers?

How vendors can add users?

Issued Projects

Select the tab Team  from the left pane.

Once on the Team tab, click Add Team Members.

You will be displayed with two options: Add Existing Users or Add New Users.

Adding existing users from the suggestions:

Add new users will have the option to enter email address of a new user and invite them to access the project.
