Overview

Responsive allows you to include images and files within answers. These can be included as attachments or embedded or pinned to the answer.

To embed or pin images and files, the Embed Files option must be turned on in Organization Settings.

Enabling attachments in projects

To embed or pin images and files, embed Images must be set up in Organization Settings:

1. Go to Organization Settings > Response Projects > Preferences, then scroll down to the Others section and expand it.
   
2. Click Configure and turn on the Embed Files toggle.
   

Using Attachments in projects

1. When you apply the answer, click the content's three-dot Menu.
2. Specify if it should remain as an attachment or if it should be embedded or pinned.
   
   • Attachment (default): The image or file will be attached in a separate folder when the project is exported to Word or Excel.
   • Embedded: Images will be embedded as objects when the project is exported to Word. Files will be embedded as text. If you select Embed File from the menu, the paperclip icon will change to Embedded.
     
   • Pinned: The image will be appended to the end of the answer when the project is exported to the Word source document or template. If the project is exported to Excel, the image will be included as an attachment. You can only pin images. If you select Pin Attachment from the menu, the icon will change to Pinned.
