Overview
You can change or reset your login password from within your Responsive account settings at any time.
If you forgot your password, or if you entered your password wrong three times and your account gets locked, you can reset it.
Changing your password in My Account
- Go to My Account, then click the Settings tab and click Update Password.

- Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.

- Click Update.
Resetting Your Password in My Account
- Go to My Account, the click the Settings tab and click Update Password.

- Click the Forgot Your Password link, then click Done to confirm.

- Once your receive the Reset Your Password email, click the Reset Password link to create a new password.
Resetting your password if you can't log in
- Do one of the following:
- If you forgot your password, go to https://app.rfpio.com/v2/forgotpassword, enter your registered email ID, then click Send me the link to have a password reset email sent to you.

- If you entered your password wrong and get locked out of your account, click the Reset your password link to have a password reset email sent to you.

- Open the email and click Reset password.

- Enter your new password, confirm it, then click Reset Password. You can now login to Responsive using your new password.
