In addition to the default fields, you have the option to map additional fields from Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Project Custom fields.

Permissions

You must have access to Organization Settings to map additional fields.

Adding Additional Fields from Microsoft Dynamics 365

1. Go to Organization Settings > Response Projects > Custom Fields and click Create New. 
   
2. The Add Custom Field pop-up is displayed. Complete the information as detailed in this article.
   
3. Check the Associate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM checkbox.
   
4. Select the object type, then select the field you want to map with the Responsive custom field from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Fields drop-down list.
   
5. Click Create to add the new field.
