You can update Responsive packages in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Updating the Responsive Package in Microsoft Dynamics

1. Go to My Account, then scroll down to find the updated Dynamics CRM package and click Download Zip File to download the package to your desktop.
   
2. Log in to your Dynamics CRM Account, the go to Settings.
   
3. Select Solutions from Settings under the Customization category.
4. From the Solutions page, search for Responsive and select the checkbox associated with Responsive.
   
5. Click the Import Solutions icon from the tool bar.
   
6. Click Choose File on the Import Solutions pop-up, upload the downloaded package, and click Next to continue.
   
7. The Solution Information page displays. Click Next.
   
8. From the Import Options page, click the Overwrite customizations radio button and click Import.
   
9. Click Close once all changes are done.
