Responsive integrates with SharePoint, a secure place to store, organize, share, and access information from any device.

Configuring SharePoint in Responsive using SharePoint URL
- Go to Organization Settings > Integration > Collaboration, then click Configure next to SharePoint and turn the Enable Account toggle on.

- Enter the URL for your SharePoint site.

- Click the Admin Consent Link to provide access to other users in your organization. When the SharePoint login page displays, click Accept.

- Click Connect.

- Once connected, select the SharePoint sites and sub-sites the user should be granted access to.

- By default, if no sites or sub-sites are added, your users can search all listed sites without restrictions.
- When you add sites or sub-sites to the Selected Sites list, your users can only search within those selected sites.
- Click Save.
Verifying the Account Connection
Login to the Azure portal.

Use the search to locate App registrations.

- Click All applications. You can see RFPIO has been installed after your authentication on the SharePoint application.

Connecting to SharePoint
SharePoint can be connected in three ways:
- From Organization Settings (as described in the previous sections).
- Using Your Account in Responsive.
- Using SharePoint search.
Connecting Using Your Account
You can connect to SharePoint from Your Account only to initiate the connection; then you can start using it at the Question level.
- Go to My Account.
- Click the Integrations tab and click Connect associated with SharePoint.

Account connected is displayed when you have successfully signed in with your SharePoint account.

Connecting Through SharePoint Search
- Go to the question, click More Options, then select SharePoint Search.

- Click Connect to Sharepoint.

- Perform a search; the results are returned from SharePoint.

- You can:
- Hover over the search results to view the Copy icon and paste the response.


- Click the Advanced Search icon in the Search bar to perform an advanced SharePoint search.
