There are a variety of bank transfers available, depending on the client's country of residence and the currency used:

  • International Bank Transfer – Used to send money from your account to one country's bank account in another country.

Adding a bank account

You can also follow this guide to start trading, from creating, funding, and withdrawing your trading account to opening your first trade.

International Bank Account

Log in to the Axi Client Portal, go to the "Funds" tab, then click "Bank Account". Then, select "New Account."
You will be asked to include your bank details.

Please note: Bank verification can take up to 1 business day.

Once your bank account information is included, you will need to upload a copy of the bank statement for verification purposes. Bank statements are official documents issued by your bank or downloaded via online banking.

For consideration for verification purposes, a bank statement may be submitted in PDF format, as an image (please make sure the images are clear and readable), or as a paper statement. Screenshots and receipts will not be accepted.

Important: Bank statements are different from bank receipts.

Bank statements should be issued within the last 6 months.

Please note: Only the first page of your bank statement is required, provided it contains the following information:

To upload a bank statement from your device, click "Browse files," select the file you want to "upload," and then "Save."

Note: If the file size is too large, use an online tool to reduce/compress the file size, then try uploading again.

Once saved, a summary of bank details will be shown. If all the details are correct, click "Submit". A confirmation message will be displayed, then click "OK."

Removal of bank account

To remove a bank account, log in to the Axi Client Portal, go to the "Funds" tab, and then go to the "Bank Accounts" section. It will show all saved bank accounts.

Find the bank account you want to remove, scroll to the right and click the "X" mark below the "Delete" button, then click "Confirm." This will deactivate the bank account you want to deactivate, and our team will process the request on the next business day.
