Follow the steps below to withdraw funds from your trading account in the Axi mobile app using Bitwallet:
Note: If you have multiple trading accounts, make sure you select the correct one.
Important: If you have previously deposited using Bitwallet but have not yet withdrawn via Bitwallet, you will need to withdraw back to the source of the initial deposit (read more about our Return To Source policy).
Note: You must withdraw to the same email address (Bitwallet account) you used to deposit. Withdrawals to a different email are not allowed if you haven’t fulfilled the Return To Source policy.
IMPORTANT: We may take 1-2 business days to review and process your withdrawal request. Please note that after submitting a withdrawal request, your balance will be reflected after the deduction while processing. Should your withdrawal request be unsuccessful, you will see the amount returned into your balance and an email from client services will be sent to you with the reason for failure and the next steps.
