How do I deposit funds into my trading account using Local Money Transfer in Indonesia?Learn how to deposit funds using Local Money Transfer in Indonesia via the Axi Client Portal, including supported payment methods, minimum deposit requirements, currency conversion, and steps to complete your bank transfer or e-wallet payment successfully.

Important: This method is only available to residents of Indonesia.

Follow the steps below to deposit funds into your trading account:

  • Login to the Axi Client Portal.
  • Navigate to the "Funds" section on the left-hand menu.
  • Choose the "Deposit" option from the top menu.
  • Select the trading account you want to fund by clicking “Add Funds”.

Important: If you have multiple trading accounts, make sure you choose the correct account number. Depositing funds into the wrong account may result in a delay if an additional internal transfer is required.

  • Select your preferred funding method: “Local Money Transfer”.

  •  Enter the deposit amount in either IDR or USD (the system will automatically display the equivalent in the other currencies) and click “Continue”.

Note: The exchange rate is system-generated and refreshes every 10 minutes. Axi does not have control over these updates.

Important: Each deposit method has a different minimum deposit amount. This will be displayed in the Client Portal. If you enter an amount below the minimum, you will not be able to proceed with the deposit. 

  • You will then be taken to a confirmation page. Double-check all your details and click “Make Deposit” to submit your request and click “Continue”.

Important: Do not save the bank account details, as they are unique to each transaction. Each payment requires a new transaction, as the recipient’s account details may change frequently. 

  • After confirming, you will be taken to the “Local Money Transfer” page. On this page:
    • Select your Payment Method: choose either “Offline Bank Wire”, “Online Bank Wire” or “eWallet”.
      • If you select “Online Bank Wire”, choose your preferred bank, enter your username and password, and follow the on-screen prompts.

      • If you choose “Offline Bank Wire”, you will need to add the Bank Name, Account Name, Account Number, and amount to deposit in the banking app to complete the payment. Important: You have 10 minutes to complete the deposit process.

      • If you choose “eWallet”, select your preferred e-wallet option and then click “Pay with [your chosen] QR” andenter your e-wallet ID to proceed. Note: Your e-wallet account number is your e-wallet ID.

  • Once the deposit is successful, you will see a notification and the amount you added will be reflected in the corresponding MT4/MT5 account.
