Withdraw funds via a Local Payment Agent by contacting the agent used during your deposit and providing the required withdrawal details.

Eligibility & Requirements

  1. Withdrawals are processed through the same Payment Agent used for your deposit.

  2. You must have your Payment Agent's contact details from the deposit process.

  3. If you don't have the Payment Agent's details, start a new deposit request in the Client Portal to retrieve them.

  4. RTS policy does NOT apply to Local Payment Agent withdrawals.

  5. All withdrawals via Payment Agent are processed in USD only.

  6. Available withdrawal methods vary by agent (e.g., bank transfer, e-wallet, and more).

  7. Withdrawal fees may vary by agent — confirm fees before proceeding.

  8. Available to residents of South Korea and Venezuela.  

Steps to Complete Withdrawal

  1. Contact your Payment Agent using the deposit contact details.

  2. Inform the agent you want to withdraw funds from your trading account.

  3. Provide: trading account number, withdrawal amount, preferred withdrawal method, receiving account details.

  4. Follow the agent's instructions to complete the withdrawal.

  5. Funds transferred to the account you provided once processed.

Processing Time

  1. Your withdrawal will be processed and credited to your account within 1-3 business days.

  2. Delays may occur if the account details provided by you are incomplete or incorrect

Important Notes

  1. Payment Agent withdrawals are not processed within the Client Portal — all steps are completed directly with the agent.

  2. If you are unsure which agent processed your deposit, contact Client Services.

  3. If your Payment Agent fails to process within 3 business days, contact Axi Client Services with your account number, agent name, and date of withdrawal request.
