You can deposit funds using Local Money Transfer by accessing the Client Portal, selecting your trading account, and completing the payment through the supported provider.
This payment method is available only to residents of Colombia.
Deposit limits: Minimum COP 37,147.27 to maximum COP 40,000,000.
A valid Tax ID number is required to complete the deposit.
Deposits are typically credited within 1-3 business days.
You must enter your Tax ID number when making your first deposit using Colombia Local Money Transfer.
The Tax ID must contain 6-10 digits (numbers only).
Once added, the Tax ID cannot be changed or modified.
Entering an incorrect Tax ID may cause your deposit to fail. If this occurs, please contact the Customer Success team for assistance.
If you did not provide your city during onboarding, you will also be prompted to enter it during the deposit process.
Log in to the Axi Client Portal .
Click “Fund” on the trading account you want to deposit into.
Note: Depositing funds into the wrong account may result in delays due to internal transfer processing.
Select “Local Money Transfer” as your payment method
Enter the deposit amount in COP or USD.
Note: Exchange rates are system-generated and refresh every 10 minutes.
Review the details and click “Make Deposit”.
In the payment page, you can view deposit reference number, deposit amount, bank transfer instructions, beneficiary details, and other relevant information.
Make the payment by clicking “Accept Payment” to proceed with your deposit. To cancel, click “Decline Payment”.
After you select “Accept Payment,” your deposit will be submitted to our system for processing. A processing message will appear and may take 1 to 2 minutes.
Note: Please do not close the screen during this time.
A “Deposit Successful” notification will appear once the transaction is completed. Click “Return to Store” to go back to your Client Portal.
Check your dashboard to confirm that the funds have been credited to your account.
