Name change

If your name is incorrect in our system (e.g., a spelling mistake), please provide Customer Support a copy of your government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license, national ID) showing your full legal name. To be considered valid the copy of your document must:

• Be in full original colour
• Show both the front and back (driver’s license or national ID), or full page (passport)
• Display all four corners of the document, and not be edited in any way
• Have clear and legible text (not blurry)

If your name has legally changed (e.g., due to marriage/divorce), please provide a copy of an official document that supports the change.

Date of birth

If your date of birth has been incorrectly entered in our system, please provide Customer Support a copy of your government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license, national identity card) showing your date of birth. To be considered valid the copy of your document must:

• Be in full original colour
• Show both the front and back (driver’s license, identity card), or full page (passport)
• Display all four corners of the document, and not be edited in any way
• Have clear and legible text (not blurry)
