When my account migrates to the new portal, will I need to add my payment methods again?

Yes, you will need to add your payment methods again. Saved payment methods—including cards and crypto wallets—are not carried over during the migration to the new Client Portal and cannot be automatically restored.

For example:

  • Credit Card: If you had a card saved and used multiple times in the previous portal, you’ll need to manually add it again in the new portal (provided it’s supported in your country).

  • eWallet: If you previously used an eWallet, you’ll also need to add it again after migration, as long as it’s supported in your country.

Once your account is active on the new Client Portal, simply add your preferred payment methods. You can re-add the same ones you used before, as long as they’re still supported in your country.

How to Deposit Funds

  1. Log in to the Client Portal

  2. Go to the Funds tab

  3. Click Deposit

  4. Choose your preferred payment method and complete the deposit.

How to Withdraw Funds 

Add your funding methods (cards, eWallets, and bank accounts).

  1. Bank Transfer: Add your bank account and upload a recent bank statement (showing your name and account number) so we can verify it before your first withdrawal.

  2. eWallets: If a method isn’t shown as a withdrawal option, make a small deposit first to activate it for withdrawals

  3. Cards: You can easily add your card in the Manage section of the new Client Portal (Web only; not the Axi trading app). No need to make a small deposit—just add your card details, and it will be ready for withdrawals.

    • How to add a card for Withdrawal:

      1. Go to Funds > Manage.

      2. Click Add a new card.

      3. Fill in all information correctly.

      4. The option will then appear in your Withdraw tab, allowing you to use it for withdrawals.
