PayNow withdrawals are temporarily unavailable due to changes affecting payment processing. You can still withdraw using local bank transfer (SGD).

What you need to know:

1. PayNow withdrawals are temporarily unavailable. Axi will notify clients when the service is restored.

2. PayNow is unavailable for withdrawals only — deposit availability is not affected by this change.

3. You can withdraw using local bank transfer (SGD) as an alternative.

Steps to add a bank account for withdrawal:

  1. Go to Withdrawals and select Add new bank details

  2. Choose Singapore as the bank country

  3. Select SGD as the bank currency

  4. Choose Domestic as the transfer type

  5. Select the appropriate bank account subtype

  6. Enter your bank account details and save

Once added, you can proceed with withdrawals using your local bank transfer (SGD).
