IMPORTANT:

• Withdrawals must be processed using the same payment method as the original deposit, and funds will be returned to the original source. Once the Return To Source (RTS) amount is exhausted and only profits remain, additional payment methods will be displayed, allowing you to choose how to withdraw your profits.
• Due to payment processing regulations, withdrawals via debit or credit card will only be processed 24 hours after a successful deposit has been made using the same card.

To apply for a withdrawal, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
2. Select “Funds” from the left-hand menu, then click “Withdraw Funds”. All available card options will be displayed based on the card used for the deposit.
3. Choose the card you wish to withdraw funds to.
4. Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
5. Click “Continue” to proceed with your withdrawal request.
6. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
7. Click “Submit Request”.

Your withdrawal will be processed once the request is submitted.
