Please note: Deposits must originate from an account in your name; payments from third parties will be refunded to the originating account.
To deposit funds into your trading account, simply log in to the Client Portal and navigate to the Funds section on the left-hand menu. Choose the Deposit option from the top menu, then follow these steps:
IMPORTANT: Make sure that you choose the correct account number to deposit into, should you have more than one MT4/MT5 account. If you deposit into the wrong account and have to request an internal transfer, it may result in a delay as we need time to process it.
Please note: When depositing with a card, ensure that it is registered in your name—the same name you used to open your Axi account. This helps prevent verification delays as we screen for third-party deposits and suspicious activity.
