If you can’t remember your password, follow these easy steps to get back into your account:

1. Check Your Welcome Email

If you haven’t changed your password, it should still be in your welcome email. Look for our email from when you first signed up. Tip: Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder.

If you’ve already changed your password and still cannot remember it, you’ll need to reset it.

2. Reset Your Password

There are three ways through which can reset your password:

• Via the Client Portal – Access the client portal and follow the reset instructions.
• Via the Website – Go to the Password Reset Page, and follow the instructions.
• Via MT4 – Reset your password directly from the MT4 platform.
