Important: This method is only available to residents of China.

Follow the steps below to deposit funds into your trading account in the Axi mobile app using Local Money Transfer: 

• Open the app and log in.
• From the side taskbar, click “Deposit Funds” — you will see a page displaying your trading accounts and balances.
• Choose the trading account you would like to deposit funds into. 

Note: If you have multiple trading accounts, make sure you select the correct one for your deposit. Depositing into the wrong account may result in a delay if an internal transfer is needed. 

• Select “Local Money Transfer” as your funding method.

• Enter the amount you wish to deposit and take note of the currency equivalent that will be credited to your trading account.

Note: Minimum deposit amounts apply and may vary depending on the payment method. If you enter an amount below the minimum, you will not be able to proceed with your deposit. 

• Once you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions, click “Continue”.

IMPORTANT: Do not save the bank account details, as they are unique to each transaction. Each payment requires a new transaction, as the recipient’s account details may change frequently. 

• A confirmation page will appear; double-check all details are correct, then click “Make Deposit” to submit your request. 

• You will be directed to “Local Money Transfer” page. On this page:

Select your Payment Method — choose either “Bank Transfer” or “eWallet”.

Bank Transfer

• You will need to copy and enter the following transaction details as shown on the screen into your Local Money Transfer app to complete the transfer:
  • Bank Name
  • Account Number
  • Transaction Amount
• Once the transfer is completed — Important: You have 5 minutes to complete the deposit process. If not completed within this time, the session will expire:

  • Click “Remittance Done” and “Confirm Remitted the Money” to avoid any delays or failed transactions.

    

    

  • Then click “Proof Upload” and upload your proof of payment—such as a mobile banking app screenshot showing the completed payment and reference number, or a bank transfer receipt in the form of a screenshot or PDF—to complete the transaction.

eWallet

• Select your preferred option (e.g., Alipay QR, Alipay Transfer, or e-CNY) and then click “Pay with [your chosen] QR” to proceed. Important: You have 5 minutes to complete the deposit process. If not completed within this time, the session will expire.

• Once the transaction is successful, you will see the following notifications, and the funded amount will be reflected in the corresponding MT4/MT5 account.
