How can I make a deposit using a card via the Mobile App?
- Open the Axi Trading Platform app (Mobile App) and log in to see your dashboard.
- Tap on the profile icon located at the top left corner of the screen, to see if you’re in a Live or Demo account.
- Click on the ‘Funds’ option to access the deposit and withdrawal functions. To deposit, select ‘Deposit Funds’.
- Input the amount you wish to deposit and take note of the currency it is transacted in. If you are funding your account for the first time or wish to use a new card, select ‘Add New Card.’
- Tick the Terms & Conditions checkbox and select ‘Deposit.’
- Select the card you want to use for funding.
- Tick the Terms & Conditions checkbox and select ‘Deposit.’
- A prompt will appear, asking you to authorize the payment through your card provider’s app. If your card is registered in a country that does not support 3DS (Three-Domain Secure), this prompt may not appear. 3DS provides an additional layer of security for credit card transactions, protecting you from fraudulent activity.
- Once approved, the funds will appear on your dashboard.
