You can deposit funds using Bitwallet by logging in to the Axi Client Portal and completing the payment through the Bitwallet portal.

Eligibility & Requirements:

1. Available to residents of Japan only.

2. Minimum deposit: JPY 1,340.

3. Deposits must originate from a Bitwallet account registered in your name.

Bitwallet Rules:

Once you make a successful Bitwallet deposit, your Bitwallet wallet is automatically saved for future withdrawals (Return to Source policy applies).

Steps to Complete:

1. Log in to the Axi Client Portal.

2. Navigate to "Funds" on the left-hand menu.

3. Select "Deposit" from the top menu.

4. Click "Add Funds" on the trading account you wish to fund.

5. Select "Bitwallet" as your preferred funding method.

6. Enter the amount you wish to deposit. Minimum: JPY 1,340.

7. Review all details and click "Make Deposit."

8. You will be redirected to the Bitwallet payment portal.

For existing Bitwallet users:

1. Click "Users who have an account with Bitwallet," log in, and complete the payment.

2. Click "Make a Settlement" to finalise.

3. Click "Return to Merchant" to return to the Axi Client Portal.

For new Bitwallet users:

1. Click "Sign Up," select your country of residence and enter your email address.

2. Choose your account type and click "Continue."

3. Complete verification and click "Proceed to Authentication."

4. Enter the 4-digit code sent to your email.

5. Provide personal details: First and Last name, Gender, Date of birth, Nationality, Residential Address, Phone Number.

6. Set up security questions and communication preferences, then click "Next."

7. Confirm account purpose, then click "Next."

8. Agree to Terms and Conditions, click "Confirm your entry."

9. Review and click "Complete Registration."

10. Once registered, review deposit details and click "Make a Settlement."

Receiving Time:

Most deposits are credited within minutes after successful payment confirmation.

Important Note:

The agent payment fee is fully covered by Axi — you will not be charged for it.
