Screenshots can be extremely helpful if you need to contact our Client Services team with an issue. If you do not know how to take a screenshot, please follow the instructions below, or contact us and we can help guide you through the process of taking and uploading screenshots.

Windows Computers

The commands used to make a screenshot via Windows computers vary depending on the version of Windows you have. Below are some common methods:

• Press Ctrl + PrtScn - The entire screen will gray out. Select “Mode,” or in earlier versions of Windows, select the arrow next to the ‘New’ button. Select the kind of shot you want, then select the desired area to be captured.
• Alt + PrtSc buttons
• Fn + PrtSc
• Shift+Windows Key+S (activate the screen capture tool).

Please note: Different versions of Windows use different commands. Also, you may need to enable the PrtSc function before being able to use it. To do this, go to ‘Settings,’ then ‘Accessibility,’ then ‘Keyboard’.

Mac

The shortcut command used to make a screenshot via Mac computers is Command + Shift + 5 (or Command + Shift + 4, or Command + Shift + 3, depending on your device). You can also activate the screenshot mode or by navigating to Launchpad > Other > Screenshot. By default, the screenshot usually gets saved to the Mac Desktop.
