Screenshots can be extremely helpful if you need to contact our Client Services team with an issue. If you do not know how to take a screenshot, please follow the instructions below, or contact us and we can help guide you through the process of taking and uploading screenshots.
The commands used to make a screenshot via Windows computers vary depending on the version of Windows you have. Below are some common methods:
Please note: Different versions of Windows use different commands. Also, you may need to enable the PrtSc function before being able to use it. To do this, go to ‘Settings,’ then ‘Accessibility,’ then ‘Keyboard’.
The shortcut command used to make a screenshot via Mac computers is Command + Shift + 5 (or Command + Shift + 4, or Command + Shift + 3, depending on your device). You can also activate the screenshot mode or by navigating to Launchpad > Other > Screenshot. By default, the screenshot usually gets saved to the Mac Desktop.
