All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a bank account, card, e-wallet, or other payment method where you are the named account holder.

What you need to know

  1. A third-party payment method is any bank account, card, e-wallet, or other payment method where you are not a named account holder.

  2. All deposits into your Axi account and all withdrawal requests must be made using payment methods where you are a named account holder.

  3. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be cancelled.

  4. Business payment cards, including those under the account holder’s name, are considered third-party payment methods and are not accepted.

  5. If Axi suspects third-party funding, we reserve the right to return the funds to the remitter and retain the balance in your account, pending verification of your identity and source of funds.

  6. If verification cannot be provided, Axi reserves the right to retain the balance in your account and you will not be permitted to withdraw the funds.

Important note

Ensure all payment methods linked to your Axi account are registered in your personal name.
