Withdraw funds using a credit or debit card via the Axi mobile app.
RTS applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited via the same payment method (card).
Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the app once RTS is consumed.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the app. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.
If you made multiple deposits using different cards, each card has its own RTS withdrawal amount.
Ensure you are logged into your Live account, not a Demo account.
Each card used for a deposit generates a separate withdrawal option.
Withdrawals are returned to the original card — you cannot withdraw to a different card.
To withdraw to a specific card, you must first make a successful deposit using that card before it appears as a withdrawal option.
If your card is expired, lost, or stolen, refunds may still be processed by the card issuer to the linked bank account, depending on the bank and whether the account remains active.
Open the Axi mobile app and log in to your Live account.
Tap the Profile icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
Select My Accounts, then tap Withdraw.
Choose the trading account you want to withdraw from.
Note: Ensure you select the correct account to avoid internal transfer delays.
Enter the withdrawal amount in the card field and tap Continue.
