I changed my phone, but I don’t receive the verification code. Why is that?

If you're unable to receive verification codes on your current phone number, it may be due to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which sends codes to the number registered to your account. This security feature helps ensure that only you can access your account.

To update your phone number and resume receiving verification codes, please contact our customer support team. Once the required information is provided, we will move forward with processing your request. You’ll receive a confirmation from our team once the update has been completed.
