Withdraw funds using Knet via the Axi Client Portal in line with the Return to Source (RTS) policy.
Eligibility & Requirements
Available to residents of Kuwait only.
RTS applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited via the same payment method (Knet).
Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available method shown in the Client Portal once RTS is consumed.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the Client Portal. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.
Knet Withdrawal Rules
Each Knet deposit appears as a separate withdrawal option (tile).
You can withdraw a full or partial amount per deposit, up to the original deposit.
You can submit multiple withdrawals at the same time from different deposits.
Only one withdrawal request per deposit can be processed at a time.
If you make a partial withdrawal, you’ll need to wait until it’s completed before withdrawing the remaining balance from that same deposit.
Steps to Complete Withdrawal
Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
Click Withdraw from the top menu.
Select your trading account.
Enter the withdrawal amount. Your amount is checked against the allowed RTS limits.
Select Knet as your withdrawal method.
Choose the specific Knet deposit (full or partial).
Click Continue. Your selected method will be saved.
Review details and click Request Withdrawal.
Processing Time
1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time).
Important Notes
Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.
If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.
