Once you have filled out the Axi account application form, use the steps below to upload your ID verification documents:

How to verify your ID: 

• Login to the Axi Client Portal

• Click the 'Verify ID' button under Funds tab to upload your ID document.

Note: Until ID verification is complete, you can deposit and trade up to $5,000 USD but cannot withdraw profits. Once your identity is verified, deposit and withdrawal limits will be removed. 

• Select your identification type (passport, national ID, or driver's license). 

• Click “Continue”. 

• Click “Start” to begin the electronic verification process. 

• Choose how you want to upload your document (upload directly from your computer, or take a photo). 

• Once you have uploaded the document, click “Continue”. 

Important!

• Images must show all four corners of the original document.

• Images must be clear, legible and in full colour; they should not be blurry, black and white, or overly flash-lit. 

• If you are uploading a driver's license or national ID, please upload both the front AND back of the document.

After successful submission, you will receive a confirmation message.

Please note that if your identity cannot be verified automatically and a manual review is required, this process is typically completed within 1–2 business days and may take longer if additional documents are requested.
