Withdraw funds via the Axi Client Portal in line with the Return to Source (RTS) policy.
This option is available to residents of the Middle East only.

Eligibility & Requirements

  1. Available to residents of the Middle East only.

  2. Return to Source (RTS) applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited via the same (original) payment method.

  3. Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available method shown in the Client Portal once RTS is consumed.

  4. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — these are displayed in the Client Portal. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.

Payment Rules

  1. Each deposit appears as a separate withdrawal tile (option).

  2. You can withdraw a full or partial amount per tile, up to the original deposit.

  3. If your withdrawal option is greyed out, it means a request is already being processed for that deposit. You’ll be able to submit another request once it’s completed.

  4. You can submit multiple withdrawals simultaneously from different tiles.

Steps to Complete Withdrawal

  1. Log in to the Axi Client Portal.

  2. Click Withdraw from the top menu.

  3. Select your trading account — ensure correct account selection to avoid delays.

  4. Enter the withdrawal amount. Your amount is checked against the allowed RTS limits

  5. Select your withdrawal method: Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

  6. Choose the relevant deposit tile if multiple deposits exist.

  7. Click Continue. Your selected method will be saved.

  8. Review all details and click Request Withdrawal.

Processing Time

  1. Typically 1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time).

  2. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Saudi Arabia-issued cards may be processed almost instantly, depending on the provider.

Important Notes

  1. Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.

  2. If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.

  3. Processing time may take longer during bank holidays, if incorrect details are provided, or under similar circumstances.
