Add a bank account to your Axi Client Portal profile to use for withdrawal requests.
Bank account must be in your name — third-party bank accounts are not accepted.
Using a different account holder name will result in a rejected withdrawal.
Confirm with your bank that the account can accept incoming wire transfers in your chosen currency before adding it.
For local bank transfers, bank verification is triggered during the withdrawal request.
Note: Specific requirements may vary depending on each bank.
Nickname (optional) — helps you identify the account.
Account Holder Name — must match your Axi registration exactly. Enter without spaces.
Account Number — full account number.
Swift Code — mandatory for all international wire transfers.

Bank verification: You will be prompted during the withdrawal process to provide bank details and upload your bank statement for verification.
Upload a clear bank statement: name matches Axi profile, includes bank account details and date, not older than 6 months.
Accepted file types: JPEG, PNG, PDF, HEIC. Maximum file size: 6 MB.
Bank statements are official documents — receipts are not accepted.
Only the first page is required if it contains: bank name/logo, account name, account number/IBAN, Swift/BIC.
Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
Go to Funds and select the Manage tab.
Choose Bank Account and click Add.
Select the bank account country and currency.
Fill in all required bank details (see above).
Upload your bank statement.
Click Submit for Review.
Automated verification — typically completes within a few minutes.
You can check verification status when you next attempt to withdraw.
Once approved, the bank account is saved for future withdrawals.
Important Notes
Do NOT add a bank account in a different name — this will result in a rejected withdrawal and may flag a third-party payment.
