How do I check the countdown for when I will leave quarantine?Learn how to view the quarantine countdown in your Axi Select account to track when your account will transition out of quarantine.
You can view a countdown showing how many days remain until your account exits quarantine by accessing the Axi Select section in your Client Portal.
Steps to Check Your Quarantine Countdown
Log in to the Axi Client Portal
Navigate to the "Axi Select" section in the left-hand menu
The quarantine countdown will be displayed, showing the number of days remaining until your account transitions out of quarantine
If the countdown is not visible, try refreshing your Client Portal or clearing your browser cache. If it still doesn’t appear, please contact Client Services.
Note: The quarantine period lasts 7 calendar days from the date your account was placed in quarantine.
Important: You will remain in quarantine and won’t be able to progress to the next stage or use the Allocation Account until you meet the required Edge Score and equity criteria.
