Cryptocurrency deposits depend on blockchain confirmation times — most are confirmed within minutes, but processing times may vary depending on the coin and network used.
If your deposit has not appeared within 1 hour, contact Client Services. You will need to provide the Transaction Hash (TXID), sending wallet address, coin and network used, your trading account ID, and any screenshots if available.
Do not submit multiple deposit requests for the same transaction while waiting, as this may delay processing.
If funds are sent to the wrong crypto address or via the wrong network, Axi may not be able to retrieve them.
Using the same QR code for multiple deposits may result in processing delays. Please avoid saving QR codes for future transactions and generate a new QR code for each deposit to help prevent delays or failed payments.
If the correct network was selected but the deposit has not appeared within the expected timeframe, contact Client Services and provide your Transaction ID/Hash. This allows investigation into whether the transfer was successfully completed and if any issues occurred.
Important note: Axi requires a minimum number of blockchain confirmations before crediting a deposit. If your transaction shows confirmations in your wallet but not in Axi, include a screenshot of the confirmation status.
