Withdraw funds using Neteller via the Axi mobile app to your registered Neteller e-wallet.
Eligibility & Requirements
Return to Source (RTS) applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited via Neteller first.
You can only withdraw to the same Neteller email address used for your original deposit — withdrawals to a different email are not permitted.
When withdrawing, you will be prompted to select your saved Neteller e-wallet, which is identified by this email address.
Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the app once RTS is consumed.
Ensure you are logged into your Live account, not a Demo account.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the app. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.
Steps to Complete Withdrawal
Open the Axi mobile app and log in to your Live account.
Tap the Profile icon in the top-left corner.
Select My Accounts, then tap Withdraw.
Choose your trading account.
Enter the withdrawal amount. Select Neteller as the withdrawal method and choose your preferred currency.
Tap Continue.
Select the Neteller e-wallet (identified by email address). Note: Only emails used for previous successful deposits will appear.
Review details and tap Request Withdrawal.
Processing Time
Typically, 1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time).
Neteller withdrawals may be processed quickly once approved, depending on the provider.
Important Notes
Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.
If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.
