If you encounter any issues with a deposit or withdrawal, you can first check the Knowledge Base to see if a solution is already available. If the issue is not resolved, contact Axi Customer Support immediately.

What you need to know:

  1. Contact Customer Support via email or Live Chat through the in-app Customer Support page.

  2. Clearly describe the issue you are experiencing, include how many times it has occurred (e.g., first time or repeated issue), and attach a screenshot to help with visualization.

  3. For withdrawal delays, have your Withdrawal ID reference ready (sent by email and preceded by #), along with the date requested and payment method used.

  4. For deposit issues, have your transaction details ready, including the date, amount, payment method, and transaction reference if available.

  5. The support team will guide you through the required steps and provide updates.
