This article will show you how to cancel a time off approval request after you have submitted a time off request in the Global Work Platform™.
A user must have supported employee, PTO Manager, or Company Admin permissions to cancel a supported employee time off request in the Global Work Platform™.
If you have difficulty logging into the Global Work Platform™, please reference the "I'm having login issues" article.
All time off requests are located within the "Time Off" page.
Upcoming time off requests can be found in the "Upcoming Time Off Requests" section.
The details of the time off request will appear on the right-hand side of your screen.
'Cancel Request' is at the bottom of the 'Time Off Request' details pop-up.
Please note that canceling a time off request cannot be undone.
