How to Unapprove a Supported Employee Time Off Request

This article will show you how to unapprove a supported employee time-off request that had been previously approved.

A user must have the PTO Manager or Company Admin role to unapproved a supported employee time-off request.

Unapproving a supported employee time-off request in the Global Work Platform™.

Step 1. Login to the Global Work Platform™ and navigate to the Time tab.

If you have difficulty logging into the Global Work Platform™, please reference the "I'm having login issues" article.

Step 2. Under the Time Off Requests page, locate the time-off request you need to review.

You can search for time-off requests by either searching for the supported employee's name or filtering the time-off requests by "status."

Step 3. Click "Unapprove" on the far right-hand side of the time-off line item.

The time-off request will now show as "Pending Approval." You can now approve or reject the time-off request.
