Bank Verification FAQ

This article provides answers to FAQs about Pebl's bank verification process.

The bank verification deposit is only applicable for supported employees in certain countries. Please reference the country list below to confirm if the bank verification process applies to you.

What is bank verification?

When supported employees in the 39 countries listed below enter new banking information to their profile in the Global Work Platform, Pebl will make a small deposit of $.25 USD equivalent in local currency to the bank account to ensure that the bank account is valid and that Pebl can make deposits to the account. How do I know if the bank verification deposit was successful?

  1. After you have entered your bank information: You will see the bank account information in “Unverified” Status. Unverified Status means that Pebl is in the process of sending the deposit to the bank and waiting for the bank’s confirmation that the amount has been deposited.

  • To fix any banking detail issues, please log into your profile in our Global Work Platform and click “Fix Issue Now” in the Banking Information section of your profile to update your bank information. This will initiate a small deposit to the updated bank.
