Pre-fill Onboarding Details from Previous Hires

This article discusses how you can save time by pre-filling in certain fields in the onboarding forms from a previous hire. These details can be edited but allow you to instantly see what was entered for a different supported employee.

These details must come from a previously submitted onboarding form sent to a supported employee in the same country for review.

Where is this option located?

This is the first field on the onboarding form after clicking Hire Now and selecting your country. It's important to remember that the hire must be from the same country for these details to appear.

Why can't I see this field?

This field becomes active only if an eligible hire's information is entered using an onboarding form. It is available for hires from the same country, so you cannot use the details of individuals from different countries. Additionally, this feature will only pull data from January 2024 onwards, so individuals hired before this date are not eligible. Finally, the individual's details must be submitted for review in the onboarding form at the end of Step 2

When submitting multiple hires, you must submit the contract for review before the information can be used for the next hire. You will know it's available when you see the green check near Contract Details Sent
